Terms of Use
These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between the Owner («Administration», “we”, “us”) of the Site https://keytosecret.com (“KeyToSecret”, “Site”) and the Users of the Site (“you”, “user”) arising from the use of the Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to observe these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. KeyToSecret is a site allowing for selling and buying access to the owner's legal content. You agree to use KeyToSecret for this purpose only.
2. You must be at least 13 years old to use KeyToSecret.
3. You may create the account and purchase the link content only on your own behalf.
4. When you purchase a link via KeyToSecret you agree to the creation of an account for you.
5. You agree to receive communications (including emails) from KeyToSecret. You agree not to mark any communications from KeyToSecret as spam or unsolicited communications.
6. You agree to behave in a civil, polite, and non-offensive manner.
7. You may sell access only to the content that belongs to you. In case when the link contains the content with multiple owners it is your responsibility to get written authorization to sell the access via KeyToSecret, as well as an agreement on how the revenue is divided between the owners.
8. You may not post links to content that violate the law in any way. Moreover, any information that you post on KeyToSecret, including, but not limited to link title and description, does not violate the law in any way. In case your content violates the law in some jurisdiction or for certain audiences it is your responsibility to make sure the link is not being sold or proposed to be sold in these jurisdictions and for these audiences.
9. You are responsible for any activity from your account. You must keep your login and password secret and do not disclose them to third parties.
10. We may, but not obliged to, monitor, remove or modify your links and links information and all other setting and details of your account, or your account itself, without the explanation of the reasons, without liability to you.
11. You realize and agree that Administration does not systematically moderate the content and some links content and information posted by users may not comply with these Terms of Use. In such a case you must immediately inform the Administration about the Terms of Use violation. You agree that the Administration is not responsible or liable for any actions of the Site users and third parties.
12. If you purchase link to content using KeyToSecret, you agree that the purchase is final, irreversible, and non-refundable. The reason for this is that after purchasing you get access to the link content and this access cannot be revoked completely. You agree to execute good judgment and purchase only the links to the content of quality acceptable for you. If you have any doubts, do not purchase link content. The only cause for a refund is if no content is available at the link provided by the seller and you never accessed the content. In this case, the fees are not refundable and there might be additional fees associated with the refund.
13. By purchasing any link content using KeyToSecret, you agree that the responsibility of the content and the accuracy of its description lies on the content owner and not on the KeyToSecret. If you found that any content or its parts that is or was being sold using KeyToSecret violates the law or is unsuitable for any reason it is your responsibility to take required actions (including actions required by law) and communicate this information to us.
14. If you sell any links using KeyToSecret you agree to participate in KeyToSecret rankings and with potential additional visibility of your links, including on third party sites.
15. Link descriptions and titles must accurately describe the link content. Misleading titles and descriptions are not allowed.
16. You are not allowed to sell access using KeyToSecret to trivial content, i.e. something that can be made by an average person.
17. You are not allowed to sell access using KeyToSecret to the content that is publicly available.
18. The content access to which you are selling using KeyToSecret must be directly available at the link you provide. No additional paywalls or other types of access restrictions allowed. Your control of the audience that can purchase access to your content has to be performed before the payment via KeyToSecret, not after.
19. If anyone purchased access to your content using KeyToSecret, it is your responsibility to make sure that the content is always and permanently available by the link provided by you, unless in the title the access was explicitly indicated as a temporary one. In the latter case, the accessibility should be maintained during the specified period of time.
20. Paying any kind of taxes, duties, and dues (including, but not limited to income and sales taxes) on income obtained by using KeyToSecret services and reporting this income and all other legal obligations associated with using KeyToSecret services are your responsibility.
21. If you decide to send or transfer to Administration by any means your any ideas, data, suggestions or any other information this means that you agree that we are free from any liability (including financial liability) if we use these materials for any purpose.
22. KeyToSecret may display advertisements and you hereby agree that the advertisements may appear on KeyToSecret marked as such or not. You realize that the advertisements are provided by third parties and we are not responsible or liable for the advertisements content and your interaction with the advertiser or the advertisements provider.
23. You agree that purchasing your link content can be made by any member of the general public. If for any reasons, including stated in this Agreement, you do not want certain members of the general public to be able to purchase your link content, it is your responsibility to make sure that they do not have access to the KeyToSecret link to pay for the content.
24. You understand, that we do not guarantee, that people won’t be able to access your content without paying for it.
25. You agree, that we are not responsible for the user’s actions with your content. In particular, if the user decides to redistribute your content in any manner without your permission, the legal responsibility and liability for this action completely lies on the user and not on KeyToSecret. We will not be responsible or liable for any actions the user may perform, or any effects or damages the user caused to you, your content, and third parties.
26. You may delete your information or your KeyToSecret account. Afterward, you will not be able to access your account and data. However, you agree that the deletion of your information and/or your KeyToSecret account does not mean that your data are not stored at the KeyToSecret servers.
27. You agree that KeyToSecret uses cookies.
28. You realize and assume all the risks related to transferring data to the Internet, as well as storing them on the server (these risks include, but not limited to, hacker attacks, technical faults, etc.). We will not be responsible or liable for the suspension, termination or delays of all or some KeyToSecret services.
29. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or alteration of your link content and information and data resulting from any cause.
30. You agree to not distribute any direct links to the content sold using KeyToSecret. You agree to not give access or disclose the content sold using KeyToSecret to third parties without content owner's written authorization.
31. You agree that in case if your account violates any laws, our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, the account you can be permanently banned from using KeyToSecret services, you account might be removed, you will lose access to any purchased links, and any payouts to you will be stopped. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result.
32. We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, etc. directly or indirectly related to accessing, using or unavailability of KeyToSecret services and content, as well as from KeyToSecret users’ actions.
33. You agree that KeyToSecret and our Payment Processor charge fees from any transaction.
34. You agree to comply with rules, terms, and conditions of our Payment Processor.
35. We use Stripe as our payment processor.
36. We may modify these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. The updated Terms and Policy will be posted on the website and you will be informed about the date they come into force. If you continue to use KeyToSecret after this date this means that you agree with the updated Terms.
